Removal of Alternator from Ship including removal of soft patch, associated ladders of ship
Transportation charges to factory and back from Karwar
Dynamic Balancing of Rotor @ G1.0
Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Ultrasonic gauging of rotor shaft for trueness and repair if required including all required machining, metal buildup, rebuilding of key slot and straightening to customer provided norms
Renewal of DE & NDE bearings (Bearings to be given by firm)
Renewal of oil seals (Seals to be given by firm)
Cleaning of Stator including Varnishing (VPI) and removal of all dirt oil residue, grease reside etc,
Cleaning of Rotor including Varnishing (VPI) and removal of all dirt oil residue, grease reside etc,
External painting of alternator including minor repairs to external body and lifting hooks
Replacement of RRA assembly (RRA to be given by firm)
Replacement of all fasteners
Manufacturing and installation of dovel pins
Dial Gauge/ Laser alignment (as applicable) of generator with prime mover including end play of prime mover & crank shaft to be achieved (within permissible limits)
De-connectorisation/ Re-connectorisation of main wires and contract wires
Replacement of covers/ lugs/ ferrules/ insulators/ foundation nut bolts/ coupling bolts/ other spares of alternator
Serviceability checks of Control Transformers (CTs)
Equipment/ tools required during alignment trials such as Shires, torque winch, rubber bushes, dial gauges, chain pulleys (as required) to be provided
Torque valves, alignment valves as per IN QC standards to be proved
Rewinding of Stator including excitation (if required)
Rewinding of Rotor including excitation (if required)
Repairs/Replacement of generator terminal block (if required)
Repairs/Replacement of RTD/Temperature Probe (if required)
Repairs/ Replacement of heaters, if fitted
