Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 45-63mm. to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book. compacted thickness 7.50 cm.

Providing laying and spreading and compacting stone ballast of specific Sizes to Water bound mecadam speci. Inc. spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with theree wheel 8-10 ton static roller in stages 2 proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec. clause 405.3 compacted thickness 75 mm

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502(ii) of MORD data book.

Providing and applying tack coat with Emulsion (R.S.-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom as per 503(ii) of MORD data book

Providing and applying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penitation grade bitumen or emulsion to require line grade and level to serve as vearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grates to be followde by seal coat or either as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick Edging with Is Class 150 Bricks Laid mortar with both side of the road 7.5 cm wide including P& T SI No-765
