Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203in cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including cost of formwork, carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 in cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including cost of formwork, carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 Granular material including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 RCC Grade M-25(1:1.5:3) including cost of formwork, carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. Using naturally occuring gravel including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,pneumatic , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler VG 30, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Dressing the Berms including cutting and filling upto any level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

P/L hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick i/c reflectorising glass beads @250 gram/sqm. using Nerolac paint Area thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 . The finished surface to be level uniform and free from steeks and holes including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 3m-290 series road studs (Cat eye ) with double molded shank made of polycarbonate and ABS Molded body and reflected panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the right entering the lens face and shell support a load of 16000 kg insizes of 90x110x17 mm. further for durable uses the studs are constructed using flexible and UV Protected material provided with suitable epoxy for fixing to roads including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete including entire satisfaction of engineer in charge (as per ASPM Standard) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 (burried conduits) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapets 900 mm dia

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm ISI Marked (M-40) as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 150 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Cutting in earth work in all heights and deptth in all kinds of classification of soil including stuarted soil comparising of pick work, jumper work, jumper, blasting work both in spot and hard rock with chieseling/weding out of rock ( where blasting is probhiited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out time required line, side slope, trimming ottoms and levels as shown in drawing and as per direction Engineer in charge at site stacking the useful/unuseful matrial at required wdth or an approved dumping site through all modes of transportation i/c head load or animal load and carriage of all laour, machenary, material, tools and equipment and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work. If useful matrial such as slate singhal sand and aggregate shall be soerted out and stacked along side of work. Any loss to the publicor private property during execution of work shall e absolute responcibility of the contractor which shall be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with any lift , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all lead as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors ISI Marked and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of material with in all lead and lift.
