Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock, chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads / lifts and shoring strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete complete in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supporting balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings & the like. (Floors upto 200mm th.)

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Columns, pillars, post and struts : Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm with locking arrangement (Drawing attached).

Laying, jointing, testing in trenches, GMS Tube (Light Grade), Tube fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Bottom layer: Broken stone screened, washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source

1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 40x40x4 mm 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of galvenised mild steel barbed wire (IS:278: 1962 type -I) weighting 9.38 Kg/ 100 metre strained and fixed to posts with 6.1 staples including cost of excavation, post, struts and straining bolts, embended in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint :-in gratting,framed guard bar,ladders,railingbrackets and similar works.
