Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer of OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set including AMF panel capable of delivering 35 KVA, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternatore and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and threafter intalled in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following :- (a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER). Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitbale HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 45 BHP (at NTP) water cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1x 92 AH 12 Volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter (digital type) including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc and conforming to I.S. 10002, ISO 3046, BS-5514. The engine shall give electrical out put of 35 KVA at 0.8 PF.

(b) ALTERNATOR. AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 35 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation. (c) Dunlop Metallastick anti-vibration pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (d) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per Manufacturer's recommended design/specefications. (e) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Provn of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms for the DG sets restricted the noise level to 75 db at one meter along and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 5° to 7° Celsius. It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as accustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base frame shall be ISM section. It shall also include the following:-

(i) Silence absorption type, non-resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging extending to about 2 mtrs outside the accoustic enclosures. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and flourescent lamp fittings. (f) Battery 1 Nos 12 V x 92 AH DC charged/sealed maint free of suitable cap all inclusive of engine/alternator protective foundation with LCD display. NOTE : Earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.
