Earth work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding any metre in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any metre ,including getting out of excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm ( forty millimetre nominal size as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:1½:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand) : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty millimetre nominal size as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated modular bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS : 2222 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand).Above plinth level upto floor any level as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Natural Stonecladding work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(one cement : three coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including cost of adhesive used for fixing tiles complete.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (one cement: six fine sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint weather proof including cost of Exterior primer with Silicone additives of required shade: as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
