M&L for Providing & fixing false ceiling semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Diamond Ceiling or equivalent. Note :- PVC protected sheeting shall be used to avoid scratches,damages to the framework while fixingto ceiling.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING (colour and shade as approved by GE) of thickness 5mm solid consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed ( Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, cherry/rubby Red or equivelent flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made Two Track two panels sliding window made of frame 67x50 mm & sash 46x62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3+ 0.2 mm and sigle glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window up to 2.50 Sqm) uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M.S Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coloured vertical blind / roller blind hanging on powder coated hanging arrangement including roller and all necessry fixing and fetures as per manufacture instruction or directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick plain consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

Supply and fixing 250x10 mm ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ISI marked 75x47x1.70 mm M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing IS :1341, M.S. pressed butt hinges 100x58x1.90 mm bright finished with necessary screws etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium (minium thickness of powder coating 50 micron) shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

S&F mortice lock, vertical type of size 100 mm with brass body 2 lever complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative laminatiion on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of GE . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Supply and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315 (with stainless steel cover plate minium 1.25mm thickness), having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick damproof wall care putty in two layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall/ ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade double charged/ ultracharged (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat in cement slurry @3.3kg /sqm and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match with shade over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade double charged/ ultracharged (square/ rectangular) polished as on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles set and jointed in neat in cement slurry @3.3kg /sqm and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match with shade with complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size size 300 x 450 / 350x450 / 350x250 conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black in skirting, risers of steps and dados,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), rough finish to receive the tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.
