OD267868/2024-2025:Hiring of car or utility vehicle with carrier for conveyance of goods for maintenance work and back opening type having cubic capacity below 1500 CC including driver with seating capacity not more than 7 person for the use of Water Supply Sub Division Kanjiramkulam and Water Supply Section Kanjiramkulam. The rate includes wages and bata of driver, cost of fuel, taxes, detention charges. maintenance charges and providing vehicle in good running condition etc: and all other incidental expenses associated with the vehicle for one year. The vehicle should have valid taxi permit, insurance and pollution control certificate etc. A. Hire charges for 10 hr working 100 km/day and 365 days in annual. Per km rate as per G.O =18 Total yearly kms = 365x100 = 36500 kms .yearly amount is = 36500x 18 = 657000 B. Detention charges Per day operation hours with average 40 km per hour 100/40 = 2.5hours Hence detention time = 10 -2.5 = 7.5hours Detention charge @ 50 per hour and limited to Rs500/-maximum.
