• • Table top model with chamber capacity 100 L or more • Inner chamber with SS 304 grade and outer with high grade powder coated MS • Temperature range +5 °C above ambient temperature to +100 °C • Temperature fluctuation at 37 °C ± 0.1 °C or better • Temperature variation at 37 °C ± 0.3 °C or better • Should have pre heating chamber technology for homogeneous temperature distribution • Disinfection routine at 100 °C to minimize the risk of contamination • LCD display with display of set value and process value • Inner door should be made of tempered safety glass to monitor samples without influencing chamber conditions • The incubator should have Class 3.1 integrated independent temperature safety device (DIN 12880) with visual alarm • The pre-heating chamber and the interior side of the doors made of stainless steel 304 • The shelf system should be easy to fit and remove. Shall have loading capacity 25kg/rack or more • 3 Nos SS perforated shelves included as standard with provision for accommodating at least 5 or more shelves. The unit should be easily stackable without the need for using tools •CE certified microprocessor controlled user interface with LCD display • Electromechanical control of the exhaust air flap • USB port for recording data • Power : 230 , 50/60 Hz.• Energy consumption at 37 °C should be not more than 50wh • Should have IP protection according to EN60529 and Temperature safety device standard according to DIN 12880 • The Incubator with CE conformity marking. EAC, GS and UL certification and details should be attached • Shall submit NABL calibration certificate • Hard copy of user manual with specification details to be submitted • Shall produce IQ, OQ and PQ documents • The incubator should be covered with at least 3 years warranty
