(d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric.The over lap shall be minimum 75 mm in length side and 100 mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface is in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out suing extra cement under roof treatment mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid seperately)
