Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

The bidder shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-procurement on or before the last date of bid submission.

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer will in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of this tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The cost of the tender processing shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E Procurement Portal.

The EMD & Tender processing fee shall be paid through e procurement portal only using any of the four modes. a)Credit Card, b)Direct debit using internet banking, c)NEFT (National electronic fund transfer) d)OTC (Over the counter using bank challan).

Bank Guarantee will not be acceptable for EMD, EMD should be paid as specified in the e-Procurement schedule

The University of Mysore reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Tenderer should upload the contact details separately.

The quoted price should be inclusive of all types of taxes (GST, Service Tax. VAT, Sales Tax), customs duty, clearance charges, transportation, erecting (commission), excise duty etc., and all incidental charges.

The tenderers need to register with Karnataka Public Procurement Portal e-procurement portal and obtain user ID and password for participating in e procurement. Self Declaration stating the firm is not black listed with any Govt/Quasi Govt, organizations will not supply Refurbished items in Rs.100/- non judicial e stamp paper.

Past Experience

a) The Bidder must have successfully implemented a minimum of three (3) IT Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) orders of Rs. 25 lakhs each OR b) At least one IT Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) order of Rs.75 Lakhs.

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

The Bidder should be a private limited Company, a Public Sector undertaking, or a government agency incorporated in India. A copy of the registration certificate must be enclosed

GST registration certificate.

GST Registration

The Manufacturers Authorization form should be submitted for Network Switches, RF and Access points. Manufacturers authorization is mandatory.

Financial Status

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet, and profit & loss statement of the financial years 2022- 23, 2023- 24, and 2024-25.

ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)

Annual turnover statement certified by CA for the financial years 2022- 23, 2023- 24 and 2024-25. The annual turnover of the firm for the last 3 Years should not be less than Rs. 250 lakhs.
