Periodic Routine/Emergency Patrolling and Cutting/Lopping and Chopping of Trees in the Range of Corridor of 132KV Transmission Lines alongwith other associated Works under ETD, Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021

Following Works are to be Carried out on 132KV Transmission Lines under E.T.D., Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer :

(1) Periodic (Bi-Monthly / Quarterly) Routine Tower to Tower Patrolling from one end to other end of Following Transmission Lines and Submission of Patrolling Report in Triplicate in Prescribed Proforma Mentioning the Stolen / Missing Tower Parts & Tower Accessories; Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor; Damage to Earthwire, Conductor, Jumper, Insulator & other Line Accessories; damage to Foundation, Coping, Chimney, Earthing etc. The Patrolling shall be done Every Month during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions :

(a) 132KV Dohna - Richha Line (Total Line Length : 35.461 Km; 29.636 Km upto LILO Point from 132KV S/S Dohna on S.C. Towers + 5.825 Km from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Richha on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 35.461 Km × 4 Quarter = 141.844 Km)

(b) 132KV Richha - Kichha PTCUL Line (Line Length : 5.825 Km from 132KV S/S Richha to LILO Point on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 5.825 Km × 4 Quarter = 23.30 Km)

(c) 132KV Richha - Kesar Sugar Mill Line on S.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 11.415 Km) (Line Length 11.415 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 68.49 Km)

(d) 132KV Dohna - Bareilly II (Bali Pur) Line (Total Line Length : 16.04 Km; 15.71 Km Upto LILO Point from 132KV S/S Dohna on D.C. Towers + 0.33 Km from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Bareilly II on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 16.04 Km × 4 Quarter = 64.16 Km)

(e) 132KV Shahjahan Pur (220) - Bareilly II (Bali Pur) Line (Total Line Length : 74.33 Km; 74.00 Km from 220KV S/S Shahjahan Pur to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 0.33 Km from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Bareilly II on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 74.33 Km × 4 Quarter = 297.32 Km)

(f) 132KV Bareilly II (Bali Pur) - Rasuiya TSS 2 j Line on D.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 15.967 Km) (Line Length 15.967 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 95.802 Km)

(g) 132KV Dohna - Bareilly Town Line (Total Line Length : 24.832 Km; 16.012 Km upto LILO Point from 132KV S/S Dohna on D.C. Towers + 8.820 Km from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Bareilly Town on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 24.832 Km × 4 Quarter = 99.928 Km)

(h) 132KV Bareilly Town - Farid Pur (220) Line (Total Line Length : 17.685 Km; 8.820 Km from 132KV S/S Bareilly Town to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 6.567 Km from LILO Point to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 0.94 Km from LILO Point to LILO Point on D.C. Towers + 1.358 Km from LILO Point to 220KV S/S Farid Pur on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 17.685 Km × 4 Quarter = 70.74 Km)

(k) 132KV Farid Pur - Dwarikesh Sugar Mill Line on S.C. / D.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 15.652 Km) (Line Length 15.652 Km × 6 Bi-Month = 93.912 Km)

(l) 132KV C.B. Ganj - Meer Ganj Ckt. I on D.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 26.00 Km) (Line Length 26.00 Km × 2 Quarter w.e.f. 01.12.2020 to 31.05.2021 = 52.00 Km)

(m) 132KV C.B. Ganj - Meer Ganj Ckt. II on above D.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 26.00 Km) (Line Length 26.00 Km × 2 Quarter w.e.f. 01.12.2020 to 31.05.2021 = 52.00 Km)

(n) 132KV C.B. Ganj - Dham Pur Sugar Mill Line on S.C. Towers (Total Line Length : 21.88 Km (Line Length 21.88 Km × 3 Bi-Month w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 30.11.2020 = 65.64 Km)

(o) 132KV C.B. Ganj - Meer Ganj Ckt. III (Total Line Length : 18.08 Km; 16.58 Km upto LILO Point from 220KV S/S C.B. Ganj on S.C. Towers + 1.50 Km from LILO Point to 132KV S/S Meer Ganj on D.C. Towers) (Line Length 18.08 Km × 2 Quarter w.e.f. 01.12.2020 to 31.05.2021 = 36.16 Km)

(p) 132KV Meer Ganj - Dham Pur Sugar Mill Line (Total Line Length : 6.80 Km; 1.50 Km upto LILO Point from 132KV S/S Meer Ganj on D.C. Towers + 5.30 Km from LILO Point to DSM on S.C. Towers) (Line Length 6.80 Km × 3 Bi-Month w.e.f. 01.12.2020 to 31.05.2021 = 20.40 Km)

(2) Emergency Patrolling of the above Transmission Lines in the event of Tripping / Break Down of the Line (to Commence within 2 hrs. of Intimation for the same, if Tripping / Breakdown in Day Time and by 07:00 A.M., if Tripping / Breakdown in Night Hours) as per Instructions of Supervising Engineer during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021, as per Details given below :

(a) Emergency Patrolling of Line upto 20 Km Distance. (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling)

(b) Emergency Patrolling of Line for more than 20 Km upto 50 Km Distance. (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling)

(c) Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(3) Periodic Cutting of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. having Girth 0.5 Meter to 1.0 Meter and Falling in the Range of Corridor of above Transmission Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021. (350 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 1400 No. Trees).

(4) Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc., Falling in the Range of Corridor of the above Transmission Lines to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Conductors of above said Transmission Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021. (1500 No. Trees x 4 Times in a Year = 6000 No. Trees)
