Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in one layor etc. complete, supply of all labour materials, tools and plants complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for Road and P.C.C. and including supply of all materials (binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants, transportation, (lead& lift) scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement 3 river sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size down gauge) and curing ,consolidation etc., complete, supply of all labour materials, tools and plants complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing ,curing and tamping complete, supply of all labour materials, tools and plants including centering & shuttering etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete 80 mm thick C.C paver block M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern paver blocks in footpath,parks,lawns,drive ways or light traffic etc,of required strength,thickness & size/shape,made by table vibratory method using PU mould,laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as er required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete(approved size) in kerbs ,edgings etc as per approved pattern,size and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering,shuttering, mixing, laying, compacting ,finishing, levelling,curing etc., all as per standard specification and as required, including cost of all materials,tools,plants,labours,lead & lift and all other charges etc complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved 1st quality Berger/Asian brand over a coat of primer at Kerb Stone to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust ,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of all materials, labours, brushes, transportation and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.including cost of all materials, labours, brushes,transportation and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying bricks tiles over sloped roof slab for as water proofing course provided with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 course sand) over a 12 mm thick layer of cement 1:3(1 cement 3 course sand ) with neat finishing as directed including adding water proofing compound (sikka/dr.fixit including cost of all materials, labours, brushes,transportation and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipe hand rail grill for in front of staff quater fanching and similar works of approved size by 50mm and 25 mm horizontal and vertical hollow pipe fixing with welding including applying priming coat of approved primer including cost of all materials, labours,brushes,transportation and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade : two or more coats on old/new work for Fanching as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.
