Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable seat of chair revolving with new seat 50 mm thick foam 32 density (Make: Featherfoam/ Sleepwell/ Kurlon) with new tapestry cloth not less than 280/- per meter in colour as approved by GE including 12mm thick ply complete all as per sample and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable hydraulic system of Chair revolving.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable Wheels of Chair revolving for computer.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable base Steel/PVC (plastic) with wheels of chair revolving for computer.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable PVC arms of chair revolving. Supply and fixing of new arms and tightening with nuts and bolts as required complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair Visitor/Writing (TP) :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable seat of chair visitor with new seat 75mm thick foam 32 density with new tapestry cloth in dark colour as approved and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 280/- per meter.

All as per Srl item 3.01 Above but back of chair visitor/writing.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable PVC arms of chair visitor/writing with new PVC arms, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Gas welding to frame of chair writing including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to frame of chair writing with black synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Polishing of wooden furniture:- Material and labour for: 1) Cleaning and dusting of following furntiure articles by removing of unwanted settled dirt from every exposed wooden surface with a clean rag or wax remover if required. 2) Sanding the surface with rough sand paper. 3) Filling the cracks and gaps with putty and staining of wood surface with Raw sina/burnt sina to match the wood colour and re-rubbing with fine sand paper to make the surface smooth. 4) Polishing with French Spirit Polish to be applied with soft Malmal cloth/ soft brush. 5) Finally applying the sealer to give a glossy finish all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge :- (NOTE: The polishing shall be carried out at Furniture Yard and at the site of furniture as required and as directed by Engineer in charge)
