Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and otherframes, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dashfasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paidfor separately)Second class teak wood.
