Taking down and removing to stores chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but not exc 1.5 Sqm each

Supply and fix alumiium door shutter with chowkats mad out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos. ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200 mm long, 2 Nos. aluminium tower bolts of 200 mm long and 1 No. mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 5.5 mm thick sheet glass and partly paneled with 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beading all as specified and directed: Chowkat size : 101.60 x 44.45 x 2.40 mm (1.608 Kg./RM appx.) Shutter Top rail : 114.30 x 2.15 mm thick (1.836 Kg./RM appx.) Bottom rail : 150.00 x 2.20 mm thick (2.376 Kg./RM appx.) Middle rail : 83.50 x 1.70 mm thick (1.243 Kg./RM appx.) Vertical rail : 85.00 x 1.80 mm thick (1.302 Kg./RM appx.)

S& F anodised aluminium powder coated window shutters, aluminum section weighing 1.10 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminum snap beading screws anodised fitting such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 no.) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (01 no) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodized and fixed type B21, 100 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75mm long aluminium anodized, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodized 125 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt 300mm long with harsp staple (bolt type) and fixig clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fix sheet glass, ordinary and glazing with oil putty squrare n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane of thickness 4mm all as specified and as directed

Taking down damaged/unserviceable old aluminium window not exc 1.5 Sqm including aluminium grill all as specified and as directed

Taking down damaged/unserviceable aluminium window exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm including aluminium grill all as specified and directed

S&F alunimium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/M including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neopree packing handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges anodised anluminum snap beading screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed

S&F alunimium window and ventilator shutters side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section, weighing 0.55Kg/M including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neopree packing anodised anluminum snap beading, screws anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long hinges type B-21 suitable handle complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix anodized aluminium section of size in 63.5 x 38.10 x 1.95 mm in partition including glazig clips , 5.5 mm tick plain glass / pre- laminated partical board of 18 mm thick etc., all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix anodized aluminium standard sections of weight not less than 0.55 Kg per mtr as in sliding window with two/ three tracks with 5.5 mm thick plain glass with rubber beading, aluminium beading, clips etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium decorative grill of any and shape weight not less than 1.70 Kg./Sq.m all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Floor door stopper of Aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, overall length of cover plate 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Solar control film 50 microns reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick pre-laminated perticle board, interior grade, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination complete all as specified and directed. [Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking down unserviceable partitions.]

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing false ceiling grid using GI perimeter channels of 0.55mm thick, having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and web of 27mm along the perimeter of the ceiling , fixed to wall with nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm intervals, GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm x 15 mm x 0.90mm supported with GI ceiling angle of size 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55mm fixed to soffits with steel expansion fasterners / GI cleat at 1220 mm intervals, ceiling section of 0.55 mm thick having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermidate channel with connecting clips and in directions perpendicular to the intermidiate channels at 457 mm centre to centre including fixing Gypsum board of 12.5 mm thick conforming to IS-2095: 1982 for false ceiling, fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centres and all as specified and directed including two coats of distemper paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface ove second class soft wood fillets or metal frame work and reinforced with GI wire mesh 6 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified and directed.

M &L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty incuding preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of textile covering over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces(one coat below and one over the membrane) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified bituminous membrane with sand witched polythene film water proofing 3 Kg/Sqm (pastifelt/ hyperplas/multiplas etc) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to groves with other laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6 , 15mm thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid endura coloured ceramic tiles 10mm mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6 , 15mm thick all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified double charged ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular), polished are of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

S&F 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe of grade SS 316, 2mm wall thick with necessary welding and finishing etc complete as in railing including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. above herein before, but 25 mm dia
