Excavation in foundatlon In ordihary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1:5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth Into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or Into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand and cement-in the proportion of 8:4:1 including-supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (W.M.M.) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Providing and laying of Rubber moulded Interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope spreading and moisting 30 m.m thick local sand on bend filling joints with local sand etc. for proper complition of work as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 Hence For Red Colour -

Brick work with comon bumt clay (non modular) bricks of class M-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1part cement and 4 part of approved coarse sand . Minimum thickness not be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials , labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work with cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulus.

Disposal of excavated surplus earth upto 5km distance including loading, unloading, cartage etc complete including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Construction of K.C. drain with precast of C.C. Blocks size (400x325 mm) laid in flat position (37.5mm in length) & kerb stone (300mm in length)including cost of Base Concrete in 1:6:12 cement sand & S.B. Including cost of all material labour T&P etc,proper complition of work

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small area with one coat (upto one sq.m) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint of clear synthetic varnish i/c s/o materials labour and T& P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI No.103 1950
