Supply of all matarials, labour, T & P (Special or Ordinary) and construction of RCC Over Head Tank (intze type) of 150 K.L. capacity on RCC column and bracing, staging of 24.00 m height from GL having raft or raft cum pile foundation on contractor's design subject to acceptance of the Engineer-in-charge. The work include flooring at ground level; below tank. 15 cm dia semi circular drain 1.00 m Wide cantilever balcony all round at the base of vertical wall, supplying and fixing of angle iron posts 50x50x6 MM and 0.90 M high (clear) at 1.00 M interval fixed on outer edges of the balcony including three rows of 20 MM dia G.I. pipe (medium) railing RCC spiral stair case on columns. 1.00 M wide fitted with 1.00 M wide M.S. gate, as per approval of Engineer-in Charge from ground level upto the top dome of tank with passage at balcony with supply and fixing of angle iron posts of 50x50x6 MM and 0.90 M high (clear) and 1.00 M interval fixed on either side including three rows of 20 MM dia G.I. pipe (medium) railings. Also including for M.S. Angle iron posts of 50x50x6MM at 1.00 M apart fixed around their periphery of roof slab (or dome) with three rows 20 MM G.I. (medium) pipe railing. The angle iron post and railing shall be painted with three coats of approved paint. Also provide M.S. ladder 0.60 M wide clear with both side with rows of 20 MM G.I. (medium) pipe railings. The angle iron post and railing shall be painted with ladder clear with both side with rows of 20 MM G.I. pipe (medium) railing from roof (or dome) level upto bottom of tank (inside the tank) comprising of M.Ş. angle iron of 50x50x6 MM with on either side and 20 mm dia M.S. Bar fixed at 25 cm interval with G.I. pipe projected for holding while entering or exit supply and fixing 75X75 cm manhole cover of 6 mm thick M.S. plate with locking arrangement at roof top, lantern lightening conductor and electric water level indicator figures painting in fluorescence colour (Red) supply and fixing with jointing C.I.D./F vertical pipe with M.S. clamps in inlet 150 dia outlet 200 dia, wash out 100 dia and over flow 200 dia pipe with jointing materials etc. from tank to duck foot bend laying and jointing of duck foot bends and horizontal C.I.D./F or upto the 1.00 m beyond the outer edge of the apron supply and fixing of sluice valves of construction of masonry type sluice valves chambers making wash out and overflow disposal chamber at ground level. Also including tensting, washing and disinfecting of the tank and proper maintenance for 12 calender months. Alll exposed surface of structure well finished to be given three coats of approved colour and make cement paints (such as asian/burger/super snowcem) to give a smoth and even colour. The pipe system above appron level along with clamps to be painted with 3 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint. Also including all operation and works labour T&P matarials required in connection with successful completion of work in accordance with various terms and conditions, spacification, clauses, specifically embouded in this agreements or otherwise considered neccessary by the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor will have to insert alluminium strips of desired approved width and thickness around every lift of the tank wall to avoid possible leakage at joints after completion of the work safe bearing capacity of soil at depth 1.80 M below ground lable is 12.85 T/Sqm average The rate shall be include testing of one test pile and one working pile as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in case of raft cum pile foundation.
