Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks in the superstructure and Gable wall including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3coarse sand) cost of reqd shuttering,centering and complete. M10(1:3:6) grade using 20mm nallah aggregate. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

12mm Cement plaster on both sides of the wall of mix: : 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand). The work should be executed as per the design provided and approved site by concerned officer/official. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm). (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Block : 2x150x0.45 (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Block: 60x1.22x1.83 (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and placing in position electric conduits and junctions in the pillars for electrification as per direction of site engineer. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Reinforcement of RCC work including cutting placing in complete Job. 4 Bars of 12mm dia @0.89kg/m & 8mm stirrups. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)

Providing and fixing of main board of size (13 x 5 ) ft at the main Gate with departmental logo in complete Job as per direction of Eng Incharge. (as per detail annexed in Annexure D Schedule of Quantity)
