M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of bituminious pavements, concrete surfaces and the like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of aqua based paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as directed by Engineer-in-Chaege and required at site complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavings,brick , stone , concrete , asbestos cement or plaster surfaces and like and painting to lines,dashes , arows , letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of synthetic enamel marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or orange or as directed by Engineer-in-Chaege and required at site complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with using air blower to remove all loose dirt etc complete and apply one coat of cold Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) for micro surfacing with fullfilling IRC : SP 100 : 2014 all parameters and mopping of total cold liquid PME as per site requirement and mixed with water and mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting his rate for this item :- (a) The work shall be carried out through authorised and qualified applicator of the manufacturer only. (b) Care shall be taken to fill wider gaps/cracks with 0.6mm to 2.36mm size coarse sand as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) A performance guarantee certificate shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of the work as specified. (d) Where as lesser width manual spray can be allowed. Make :- 1. M/s Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen Pvt Ltd or equivalent approved make.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of concrete and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting, racking out existing ceiling compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound from the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compoound and forming joints 5 to 10 mm avrage width and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and not exceeding 150 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge Including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (using Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity), and preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer and polyurethane sealant of approved make with minimum 10 mm depth of sealent complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound from the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compoound and forming joints 15 mm avrage width and 20 mm average depth by diamond cutter and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and not exceeding 150 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (using Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) and preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer of approved make and ealed with polyurethane sealant of approved make and minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 10 mm with back up rod of suitable size complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified andas directed .

Description all as per SerI Item No 6 above but forming of joints 25 mm average width and 30 mm average depth with suitable size of backup rod complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick pre-formed synthetic filler board in rigid pavements after taking down the existing old /o ut lived filler board and cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (using Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm to 25 mm thick pre-formed synthetic fillerboard in rigid pavements after taking down the existing old/out lived filler board and claning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (using Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand layer of Zone -II of 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 400 micron thick high density polyurethene sheet in two layers asper ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end over lapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm thick Nominal mix Pavement quality cement concrete (PQC) of Flexural strength 40 Kg / Sqcm in field (RMC) using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cum and as per design mix with non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement laying with mechanical paver sensors using with recron fiber (recron fiber will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only Recron 3s (Reliance) angular synthetic fibre as per design mix complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joints 28 mm deepX 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and provision of polystyrene back up rod and sealed with sealing compound polyurethane based sealant Colpor 200 / equivalent and debonding /strip / rod at bottom and a coat of bituminous paint for full depth of pavement and priming the sides,and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and removing the masking tape after sealant applied complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Dummy (Contraction) joints for 8 mm deep X 6 mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with expanded polysterene foam applying bond breaker tape on top of polyethene foam for complete width of joint , provision of closed cell polystyrene backup rod and sealed with 8 mm thick sealing compound polyurethane based sealent Colpor 200 / equivalent and debonding / strip / rod (depth minimum above backup rod) priming the sides, masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied (grid of joint 4 m X 4 m) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting lines , dashes , arrows , letters etc on roads , pavement and like exc 10 cm wide with polyurethane paint white , golden yellow or approved colour on floor of hangar / pavement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated material debries / soil etc received from demolition exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 km from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of cracked top surface of concrete slab on runway with wire brushes and cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose dirt , dust , scalling , grease etc and priming the surfaces with NG CHEM 121 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying Den mort / NG MORT trowelling compound on primed surfaces with thickness form 2 mm to 5 mm including filling of small holes up to 10 mm depth and levelling the surfaces to match the existing surfaces level of runway / taxi track etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to existing PQC pavement where cracks are developed by cutting slabs with chiselling manually if required using diamond cutter but blade mechanicaly driven 15 to 20 mm average depth as per site requirement and removing all loose material carefully to a distance exceeding 150 mtr and not exceeding 250 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the sides and botom of surfaces with compressed Air (using Diesel driven comressor of suitable capacity) to remove all dust dirty oil grease, bitumen, loose particles etc. and making good by applying epoxy primer base coat and finally filling with Asian Paint Apco Rep Epoxy Mortar (15-20 mm) asper manufacturer instructions and levelling the surfaces to match the existing surfaces level of runway / taxi track etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Preparation of cracked top surfaces of asphalt pavementsof runway and taxi way with wire brushes and cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose dirt, dust, scalling, grease etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Applying ASPHA-FLO Modified Streaming Asphalt Crack, Joint Stuffer for Asphalt / Flexible surface of runways , Taxi track etc, and levelling the surfaces to match the existing surfaces level of runway / taxi track etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F SURE-BOND Self Adhesive Sealing Tape 50 mm width and 2 mm thick for crack repair, crack filling and pot holes fillinfg at Asphalt / Flexible surface of runways, Taxi track etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F SURE-BOND Self Adhesive Sealing Tape 100 mm width and 2 mm thick for crack repair, crack filling and pot holes fillinfg at Asphalt / Flexible surface of runways, Taxi track etc, complete all as specified and as directed .
