PROVISION OF CERTAIN CONSUMABLE ITEMS AND OTHER SERVICES REQUIRED FOR STP AT AREA A, B AND C AT AF STATION WDSR

Supply only sodium hypochlorite solution for using in STP as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Supply only Sand Pebble Media for using in STP as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Supply only Cabon Media for using in STP as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Supply only MBBR Media for using in STP as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Supply only Tube settler media for using in STP as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Provisioning of semiskilled (FGM)-01 Person/ per shift (08 hours) for two shifts per day to management/ smoothly operation of STP installation of capacity 600 KLD at 47 SU, by operating of various equipments/ devices as submersible sewage pump, centrifugal pumps, treated water pump, chlorination/dosing plant, operating of all type valves, UG sump, pressure filter, air blower and DG set for STP complete all as specified and directed Engr In Charge.

All as per Item No. 06 above but for STP 21 KLD, in Pocket-II and sweage lifting well at behind Air men Mess at 15 BRD.

All as per Item No. 06 above but for STP 175 KLD, in Pocket 'V' at 15 BRD.

Provisioning of semiskilled (FGM)-01 Person/ per shift (08 hours) for two shifts per day to Management/ smoothly operation of Lifting wells of PJ and MES pocket by operating of sewage lifting submersible pump sets and oprations of connected valves at 47 SU, Wadsar complete all as specified and directed Engr In Charge.

All as per Item No. 09 above but for Lifting wells of MT area No. 01 & 02.

All as per Item No. 09 above but for Lifting wells of Dhobi Ghat area & Airman Belliet.

Rates required to be quoted for executing the work as described in Serial Item Nos. 6.00 to 11.00 above:-

Minimum Wages per person (Skilled Labour) as per latest MOL&E Rates/ existing rules.

Note for BOQ Item Nos. 12.01 above:- (i) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include contrubution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC), Contribution of Bounus, GST, Over head & profit and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable, as per existing rules. (ii) On opening of Financial bid, if it is found that the rates quoted in respect Item Nos. 12.01 are less than Minimum Wages per person (Semi Skilled Labour) as per latest MOL & E Rates/ existing rules, then the same shall be treated as ‘non - bonafide’ and will be rejected in financial evaluation. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids only.

Notes for BOQ Item Nos. 6.00 to 11.00 above:-

(i) FGM tools, all type, safety shoes/ gumboot, unifrom dress for operators, helmet and hand gloves, insulation tape, cotton waste and all tools DO rod, spanner seet, tool kit, tool bag etc. suitable for working in STP & Lifting Wells will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Contractor shall maintain the shut down register and log books for running pump sets as per format and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Cleaning of STP/ pump house premises and surrounding the area inside fence/ compound wall complete all responsibility of contractor. (iv) Emergency light will be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost. (v) All safety precautions as per PHE rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untowards incident. (vi) Attendence Register of Staff Employed will be maintained by JE E/M. If any labour found absent, necessary penalty/ recovery will be made by Engineer-in-Charge as per CA clause.

(vii) The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services of these contract labours is outsourced & not manpower. So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor. (viii) Qualification & experience certificate of contracted labours should be produced by contractor. (ix) Contractor has to produce Photo ID of the staff employed with security pass number issued by Security Section Air Force Station Wadsar. (x) Staff employed will be given 2 sets of uniform. (xi) GST/ EPF paid certificate should be enclosed with RAR. (xii) The payment to every staff employed on work shall be made in the Aadhaar linked bank account through account payee cheque only. (xiii) The contractor is also responsible for smooth operation of STP treated water pipe line & sprinklers in various locations at Air Force Station Wadsar. (xiv) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include contrubution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC), Contribution of Bounus, GST, Over head & profit and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable, as per existing rules.

(xv) Rates quoted shall be including minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check. (xvi) In case of any accident/ Injury, fatal or partial disability, the cotractor shall be solely responsible for setting all Claims/ Compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ Claimed by labour Commissioner/ Court directive. GE will however ensure that contractor has provided all adequate and required means to the workmen and contractor shall get his personnel insured. (xvi) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include contrubution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC), Contribution of Bounus, GST, Over head & profit and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable, as per existing rules. (xvii) It should be ensured by contractor that minimum labour charges are paid as per the minimum fare wages act and wages register duly signed by concerned labour will be produced alongwith RAR by the contractor.
