Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020--2021 to 2024-2025 TURNOVER MUST BE CERTIFIED FROM A CHATERED ACCOUNTANT WITH UDIN NUMBER

UNCONDITIONAL LOC FROM A NATIONALISED BANK-liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.392395 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Experience in processing of legacy waste in the last five year and having capacity of minimum 2920Tons of waste processed.

Work Done Certificate

Experience in successful comleation of number of sites whare in bomining and reclamination of leagacy waste not less then 2920 ton of leagcy waste project.

Work Done Certificate

Experience in processing of bio mining of leagacy waste procssed in all comleted projects in the last 5year

Work Done Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

Experince in supply/ownership for processing of leagacy waste for aproject covering total quantity of waste total quantity of waste at least 2920 mt in one project.
