M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint by using roller (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer , over a coat of 1mm thick wall acre putty , same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge before application of exterior paint. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper by Roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement including removing of existing roof treatment with following:-

(a) M & L for preparation of surface by removal of existing treatment of tarfelt including mud phuska incl brick tile and taking down plaster to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface. (b) Providing and laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Itr/sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M & L for providing and laying APP based polymeric membrance of 3 mm thinkness of weight of 150 gm / sqm with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturer instruction. (d) M&L for applying a coat of blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on top of APP memberane and finally finishing the top surface by applying a coat of aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions. Make : STP Ltd/Dr Fixit or equivalent make. Note:- (i) All the water proofing treatment works shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the firm. Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Epoxy coating (1) Clean the surface free from dust, loose material etc. (2) If required provide & fix 12mm dia. GI Nozzle @1.5 mt. c/c on the entire area of the sunken portions. Apply chemical injection grouting through the nozzles with cement slurry admixture with DURA EV (Non shrink Polymeric grouting compound) with 40 PSI Pressure pump. Seal off the nozzle and cutting the same after the grout has set. (3)Make Angular fillets or Gola with cement sand mortar (1:3) admixed with diluted DURAKRIT (1 Durakrit: 3 Water) at the junctions of the wall. (4) Wet the surface with water to make it SSD condition. (5) Apply one coat of DURAKRIT- Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious…(PMC) slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight on the sunken floor surface; turned up and finished up to 100mm from FFL. (6) Apply second coat of DURAKRIT - Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight over the first coat at right angles. The second coat is usually applied after first layer slurry coat has touch dried usually after 4 hrs. (7) Ponding Test for water leakage will be carried out as per IS 3370 part 1 for seven days as instructed. (8) Only plan area shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Bituminous water proofing treatment by applying bitumen coat @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm for receiving APP Membrane complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan & Supply & fix ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase 240 volts double ball bearing with down rod , canopy, blades etc BEE 3 star rated including connecting with twisted three core flexible copper conductor cable 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan and writing MES No. on fan complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade ISI marked of 40 mm bore dia including grouting it on wall for fixing of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clamp made out of flat iron of size 40/50 mm x 5mm suitable for fitting on 40 mm GI pipe for hanging of ceiling fan complete with nut bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Circuit/submain wiring with single core 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) 1100Volts grade drawn through existing rigid PVC conduit for Inverter wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB / MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of suitable size, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB/MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCCB 100A, 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V, 50 Hz with fixed thermal magnetic release fixed in Vertical TPN complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 Volt , 10-60 Amp, single phase meter accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time,current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH all as specified and directed. Note: Old Ceiling fan to be deposited in MES store Yard

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron,UL listed,CPRI Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 50kg/pit(resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7.The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 6000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270 x 240 x 200mm) and FRLS insulated copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, single core cable drawn through and including suitable dia of medium grade GI pipe upto 7 mtr incl cutting and chases on wall and floor complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted above shall be deemed to be included for excavation and earth work, refilling, removal of surplus earth and making good the surface around chemical earthing upto depth as per manufacturer direction.

Dismantling & taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable & Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cableof size 25 Sqmm 4 core, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to latest IS , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable size all bare conductor of cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve including cable gland and lugging etc at both ends, including taking up of old existing cable, all complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable sand cushioning & cable protection shall be measured separately under relevant items. Note;- The earth work shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L river washed and screeened dry fine sand filling in trenches below and above / around under ground cable for cable protection including punniing around cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well brunt bricks sub class 'B' in old size as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and T&P for horizontal boring of hole passing through pavement/road/hardstanding by manual or mechanical means suitable for 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laid GI medium grade pipe for cable protection of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down galvanised steel tubing and connections of fany size and type compleate all as directed for following sizes :- (a)15mm bore

(b) 20mm bore

Supply and fix galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, union etc and laid in floor fixed on wall or ceiling complete all as specified and drected of the following bore. (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

Supply and fix or lay in trenches galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, union etc and laid in trench complete all as specified and drected of size 20 mm bore

Drilling and tapping GI water mains 50mm bore (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed to water mains for tapping branch connection of 20 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valves for 20mm nominal bore(Class-1) with iron wheel head ,srewed both ends for iron pipe ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F bib tap of size 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy chrome plate fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete typeC-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base/leveling course etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Hard Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x l50 to 200mm wide, and 450mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.
