Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering texes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone -III) : 4 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1:4 ) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15mm depth , curring , taxes and royalty all complete as per builiding specification and direction of E/I(zone-iii): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size texure and colour over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (limeputty:surkhi:coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Excavatin in road wayin soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area widtha lead upto 1000m includding trimming bottom and side slops in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment , scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for emabakment construction.
