Supply and fix ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, copper wounded of 1200 mm sweep having service value more than or equal to 6 with BLDC technology , max power input up to 35 watt, copper wire induction motor with 5 star BEE ratings, (suitable for operating on existing fan ragulator complete along with canopy cover, down rod, 'U' clamp, 3 core PVC flexible cable 1sqmm for making connection of fan and hanging the fan in clamp, connecting with existing electrical connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note ; - MES No shall be written by the contractor with permanent marker over ceiling fan of specified size and colour and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of this element.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty exhaust fan 450mm sweep with corrosion resistant metallic body, minimum noise, operation and maintenance free design, totally enclosed, highly efficient, heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings, aerodynamically contoured blades, metallic base frame with rubber mountings for silent operation, 6 pole, maximum watt input not more than 410 watt, 1400 RPM, minimum air delivery 6200 cum/hr with metal blades and shutter type louvers self-openable/ closeble for protecting the entrance of birds as per IS :2132-1967 and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Water heater (Geyser) storage type electric of capacity 25 Ltrs , BEE 5 Star rated, ABS body, metal tank with glasss lined coating, multiple heating option, shock safe plug, puf insulation, incoloy glass coated anode rod / copper heating element of capacity 2KW with ISI mark , adjustable knob for temp setting with minimum 8 Bar high working pressure, multi functional safety valve & whirl/Swirl flow technology, thermostat electronic type, thermal cutout capillary type complete including superior quality copper connection pipe heavy duty 15mm dia 450mm long, brass adopter for water connection with nikhel coated ISI marked with fastner, nut bolts, washers duly grouted, giving shape to hole as suitable and plastering including making good of disturbed surface as per existing surface, connecting to inlet and outlet valves, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Warranty certifcate to be produced by the Contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. a) for Product - 02 Years b) for Heating element - 02 Years c) for metal tank - 07 Years

S & laying as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 20 Amp complete with and including one single pole MCB.20 Amp, 10 KA, 'C' curve as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated stop valves, screwed down, high pressure with crutch handle, scrwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall surfaces and on surface on ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. and making smooth the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fixing indoor decorative LED tube light fitting box type 1x18/20 watt with opal diffuser, high efficient aluminium housing body in CRCA body suitable for LED tube, high efficient, AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz and including driver and 1x18/20 watt LED tube rod luminaries (Warm/Cool as per site requirement) environment friendly, high efficient, T8 with aluminium extrusion heat sink, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light including disconnecting and taking down existing light fitting and removal complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED batten fitting 10-12 watt, 2 feet, aluminium housing and electronic driver including tube rod 10/12 watt cool/warm type industrial model complete connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 8-10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, auminum housing, surge protection including driver & LED lamp etc complete with all accessories, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with acrylic double door IP-43 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, 32-40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'C' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix RCBO 40 Amps, 2 pole, 2 Module, 100 mA, (HI immunity) sensitivity, 230 volts, 50 Hz, including removing old unserviceable RCBO complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F as in repair brass chromium plated wall/sink mixer for mixing hot & cold water for 15mm bore pipes including all connecting fittings, screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F bib taps 15mm bore fancy type brass chromium plated with long body and crutch handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
