Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of priming motor using Private car, auto rickshaw or similar with 28km lead and then shifting back of the same to site after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop(transportation to and fro).

Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, draining off the m.oil (if applicable) and collection in suitable pan, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.

Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase LV horizontal induction motor (05 HP) with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc., insulation class F, varnishing, tapping, etc. (Note: The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates).

Assembling of all motor parts, refilling of drained out m.oil (if applicable), coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.

Providing and fitting of dry type 7.5 HP (L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make) DOL Starter, mechanically operated, working on 50Hz, 450±10% AC voltage supply for operation of priming unit. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on pannel.

Providing and fitting of 4sqmm PVC insulated single core copper cable (Finolex/ Anchor/ L&T/ Havells/ KEI). It is required for connection of priming motor with the DOL starter.

Providing and fitting of complete copper contact point set for 200A OCB by way of removing of the damaged copper contact point and then fiting of new copper contact points. The Job includes all tool and tackles required for completion of the Job.

Providing and fitting of 12mm LT brass bush rods for 100 KVA HT transformer

Providing and fitting of XLPE insulated, armoured three and half core 95 sqmm aluminium conductor as LT serivce line. The conductor should be provided with appropriate size aluminium thimbles at all the terminals.

Providing and fitting of 20W Led light with IP 65 rating. The Job includes wiring of the light with 1sqmm FRLS copper wire and 6A MCB with gang box for ON and OFF operation.

Providing of LED Lantern with Twin Charging mode – Charging Cable or Solar Panel (inclusive of panel) (Syska/ Havells/ Andslite/ Philips)
