Supply and delivery of high strength calcium hypochlorite granules (available chlorine 60% to 70 %) at different UGRs for making solution by mechanical stirring system and directly charged online throughout the supply hours to maintain the dosing rate of 0.5 to 0.6 PPM & upto 1 PPM during emergency period at generation point with following specification: the chemical should be white to off white in colour, free from all foreign matter decomposing at 1770C, decomposes in water and alcohol, non hygroscopic, practically clear in water solution at saturation level permissible limit of 8% with 2% moisture content. The granular size should pass through 100 RSS mesh 1.5% maximum. The brand and make of the chemical must be stated and certified by AIIH & PH/ similar Govt. organisation not earlier than 2011, stating the stability, strength, health safety and use of the product for drinking water chlorination for a tenure of 3 (Three) Years. [Quantity of materials has been fixed keeping in considered with Epidemic, Waterborne diseases, Monsoon etc. & Others emergency situations]

Labour Charges for operating Mechanical Stirring system already installed to all 5 Nos UGR for making the solution of water and calcium based granular chlorine in dosing tank of 100 lt to 200 lt capacity, high pressure single head gear adjustable dosing pump with all accessories for three times operations per day with necessary fixtures for direct on line injection by mechanically regulated dosing pumps during supply hours to maintaine the dosing rate 0.5 to 0.6 PPM & upto 1 PPM during emergency period at generation point through out the supply hours including labours, operations & supervisions with testing & to maintain proper documentation to check the residual chlorine all complete for 3 (Three) years.

Maintenance charges of Mechanical stirring system already installed to all 5 Nos UGR including dosing tank, functional pumping arrangement (including other alternative arrangements which will be provided by the agency at the time of repairing or any emergency situation), Plumbing arrangements with accessories, mixing arrangements including electrical connection with accessories etc. all complete for 3 (Three) years.

Bacteriological Test reports of treated water required to be submitted from any NABL accredited Laboratory, Government Departmental Laboratories or Institutions. The sample to be collected from the source outside of the UGR premises.
