thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed

concrete etc. complete.(i) Inside dimensions 455mmx 610mm and 450mm deep for single pipe

line. (upto 10 ton)

Providing and supplying in standard length ISI mark rigid unplasticised PVC pipe suitable for potable

water with ring fit joint including cost of rings as per IS specification no.4598/1988 including all local

3 and central taxes, trasportation, fright charges octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, 5415.50 190.00 Rmt

conveyance to the departmental store and including cost of jointing material etc. complete. 110mm

dia PVC 4kg / cm2

Lowering,laying, fixing, and jointing, PVC/uPVC/cPVC pipes and specials of following class and

4 diameter including cost of conveyance from store to site of works including cost of labour, material, 5415.50 21.85 Rmt

cement solvent, giving satisfactory hydraulic testing as per ISI code. 110mm dia PVC 4kg / cm2

Refiling the pipe line tranches including rammaing watering cosolidating disposel of surplus stuf as

directed within a redious of 3km

Providing, supplying, lowering, laying & jointing 110mm dia PVC pipeline with necessary fittings as

per required from Outlet of household to House connection chambar including Excavation, Refilling

with available excavated stuff, drilling hole in house connection chamber 1:2 cement vata etc

complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Note 1:- The Contractor shall exhibition board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer – In –

Charge for which no extra payment shall bemade

Note 2:- The labourcess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

Note 3:- GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

Note 4:- In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement

Consumption/16/C Date: 11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where the reisa change as per actual mix

design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input

rate mentioned in all the tender.
