Removal of Mill rejection, coal dust, debris, earth etc. and Disposal of Stone Boulders and Assorted refuses at BTPS

Supply of unskilled workman [01 no. Listed worker for 10 months)Covered under Medical insurance] including all benefits for carriage & removal of Coal, mill rejects, boulders, coal-reject boulders, stone metals, stone chips, gravels, stone coals, slag metal, shingles, cinder, stone, brick bats, debris, garbage, rubbish mixed earth, minor scrap materials including iron scrap, accumulated ash etc. into trucks from different lifting points & unloading at disposal points and also for shifting of boulders from bottom of different conveyor belts and to attend odd jobs when required as per direction of E.I.C. Loading at first point and unloading at site manually. Category I. Note: - (i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day or enjoying C.L (Max. 14 days/head/year) or enjoying listed Holiday (Max. 14 days/head / year) necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories + estimated profit @ 8.00%. (ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. (iii) Wages plus benefits including Medical allowance, PF, Bonus, O.T., listed Holiday, House rent allowance and Welfare allowance are included in rates. Category I.

Loading at first point and unloading at site manually. Category IV. Note: - (i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day or enjoying E.L (Max. 15 days/head/year) or enjoying listed Holiday (Max. 7 days/head / year) necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories + estimated profit @ 8.00%. (ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. (iii) Wages plus benefits including ESI, PF, Bonus, O.T., EL, listed Holiday, House rent allowance and others allowance are included in rates. Category IV.

Annual Cost of PPE (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 23 Nos Listed workers. For each worker; soap (06 nos. per month), Duster (04 nos. per year), Helmet(01 no / 2 year), Safety shoe (01 No/2 year), Gumboot (01 pair / year), Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard (02 nos. per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt. HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt. BTPS. (The PPE quantities are indicative only, but does not absolve the responsibilities of executing agency to maintain the safety standard applicable within factory area)

Carriage of mill rejects, other debris like earth, brick bats, stone metals, stone chips, gravels, slag metal, shingles, stone etc. & similar miscellaneous materials, scrap mixed with iron scrap, rubbish, dry leaves, lopped tree branches, grasses, cinder, accumulated ash etc. from bottom ash hopper, coal mill area, ESP area, crusher house 8A-8B, 1A-1B, 11A-11B, guest house, cement go-down, Intake pump house and other different areas inside & outside of plant area and assorted other materials by trucks up to a distance of 5KM. within the plant area including loading in to the truck at the lifting point and unloading at destination (including dressing & carriage by head load 30 Mtr. at each of the two point and sprinkling water during loading, transit & unloading if required including tools & tackles and incidental charges all complete) dumping the same at low lying area of WBPCDL's land completed as per direction of the EIC. (Measurement will be taken on truck or stack measurement /lorry & usual 1/8th shrinkage will be deducted). The contractor shall have to maintain at his own cost the temporary approach road to different points for plying trucks.

Carriage & removal of Coal reject boulders & big coal from Wagon Tripler area to reject yard and coal yard respectively and coal form Coal Mill area to coal yard or any other area inside & outside of plant premises as per direction of EIC including tools & tackles and incidental charges all complete. Distance carried not exceeding 5 km.
