Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to any height stacking the excavated soil up to any distance clear form the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty millimetre into thirty millimetre into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete exculding cost form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto any floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto any lead and lift including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in block masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutments wing wall, return wall with 100mm PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1203.3.7 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
