Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Railway reserve the right to procure bulk/full quantity from PAC Holder Firm i.e. M/s. ANANTASHREE ENGINEERS CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED / Gautam Buddh Nagar or from authorized dealer of PAC Holder. Authorized dealer will have to upload tender specific authorization from PAC holder with their offer. If Railway prima-facie satisfies that other firm is capable of manufacture and supply same /equivalent item then that firm may be considered for placement of developmental order. Such firms have to upload documents in support of supply credential like IC/R-Note etc. along with their own drawing / catalogue / specification, failing which the offer will be liable to be rejected.

   Firms quoting on behalf of PAC holder will have to upload tender specific authorisation from PAC holder with their offer failing which offer will be rejected.

   1. Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, whether bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Whether Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, whether firm has submitted UDYAM registration number as per public procurement policy. 5. Whether The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted. Firm will have to submit quotation with a validity for a minimum period of 90 [ninety] days otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Price Variation Clause will not be applicable in this tender. Offers with Price Variation Clause as a condition will be summarily rejected. For details please refer to clause 4.0, Section - 2 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway.[Attached]
