Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast, approved Coarse Sand and cement in proportion of 6 :3 : 1 in foundation and under floor, Including supply of all Material with mixer machine, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.As per S.I. No. 280

First class Brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 307

Weep Holes in brick masonary with Supply and fixing of 10cm internal dia A.C down pipe everest or charminar make complete with bends with door at top and plain at bottom and grating and including supply of necessary M.S clamps 2.5cm x3mm fixed to walls with and including supply of 15cm long 6mm dia nails all material labour and T&P etc Required for completion of the work and also including repair of plaster pointing etc. If damaged during fixing of the pipe.but with P.V.C pipe (Kisan, supreme or equivalent) 6kg/ per sq.cm Pressure 10cm dia s,no 730B

First class Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305.

12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 5 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).
