Design, Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Non clog vertical submersible pumps of flow 50 LPM at 25 mtr head of capacity 1 Hp with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with lifting chain/SWR/rope, cables, Earthing, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Pipe PVC ( UPVC) PIPE CONFORMING TO IS: 13592 FOR WASTE WATER DISCHARGE including specials, Outer dia 75 mm dia.

Supply and lay galvanized pipe, “Medium grade”, including fittings, of size:-

GI Pipe of Size 20 mm.

GI Pipe of Size 40 mm.

Supply and fixing of GM gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes of following sizes.

M & L for brick masonary valve pit of size 750mm X 750mm X 750mm (internal dimension) complete with MS angle iron frame work (Angle Iron size 40mm X 40mm X 6mm) & 3mm MS sheet top cover openable through hinges including necessary locking arrangement,brick work 230mm thick built in CM 1:6, rendering internal and exposed external 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, PCC bed,necessary excavation and earth work , etc complete and painting steel workwith two coat of black bituminous paint over a one coat red oxide primer

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete

Returning filling in excavated approved soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil completed all as specified and directed

Supply and laying dry river sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying , punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

M & L brick protection cover to electric cable with sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gap between adjascent not exceeding 10mm.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq. mm 4 Core nominal cross section in service connections .

M&L for galvanized steel tubing light Grade of 40 mm dia protection of cable fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6)

M&L for Rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured separately).

M&L for UPVC (SWR) 160mm dia pipes of working pressure 6 kg/sqcm for sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes 160mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, footings boundary pillars etc

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains and copings with necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 150 mm

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of tint as approved by Engr -in-charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft / loose soil ,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for mild steel work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in angle iron posts & struts in fencing and in compound walls including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. and including flat iron filletes for securing wire mesh or fence etc. including all necessary bolting riveting etc complete.

Supply only Chain link Mild Steel galvanisd fencing with 3 to 4mm dia made up to mattresses with mesh of size 50 x 50 mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only steel chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any srandards, rails, steel bars, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only 10mm dia plain round bars conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts machine made with haxagonal head at one end and screwed other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, not exc. 5 cm long and dia of sunk 11 to 15 mm complete.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.
