Value calculated in cell "I6 (Quoted rate per Running hour basis)" shall be the basis of L1. where Minimum of value of "I6" shall be considered as L1. 4. This sheet is prepared as per evaluation criteria mentioned in "Annexure-F", in technical specification document. 5. Award Value shall be "Quoted value on F.O.R NSPCL store basis" though Bid evaluation criteria is "Quoted rate/running hour basis " 6. NSPCL SAP PO will be issued as per past practice, on basis of this excel sheet.
