Cutting the damaged portions of old rusted skin plate by chipping and pre heating using gas flame and removing rust by hammering and thin cutting and removing plate . Including all consumables as specified by the department .Including all labours,tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

Fabrication works using MS plate angle etc (Marine quality IS 2062 Grade B) including cutting levelling straightening grooving joining and finishing .Including all consumables as specified by the department Including all labours ,tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. The rate is applicable to all works involving MS Sheet/ MS Flat/or MS material if not specifically mentioned in the schedule of rates .MS PLATE (IS2062 Gr B) AND MS ANGLE IRON WILL BE PROVIDED BY DEPARTMENT

Roof and side sealing removing and new fixing with 4mm thick water resistant marine grade plywood. Including all consumables as specified by the department .Including all labour tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

New stern tube fabricating in MS pipe with stuffing box at one end and boss with thread hole at other end ,supplying aligning and fixing supports/reinforcement plate by welding . Including all consumables as specified by the department .Including all labour ,tools and tackles.Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

Window folding shutter renewel ,Stripping ,dismanding,rexine renewing,assembling and refitting (80 cm*80 cm average size) Including all consumables as specified by the department .including all lobour tools and tackles .Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.

Scupper pipe replacing work with suitable size 1.5 "GI pipe C Class. Including all labour ,tools ,and tackles .Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

Projected load line ,KIV number in all sides, Draft mark cutting and fixing work as per KIV rules 2010 and later amendments.Including all consumables as specified by the department Including all labour ,tools and tackles ,Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

Boat number KIV number Departmental information and other informative details writing on the cabin and superstructure (painting related works). Inccluding all consumables as specified by the department .Including all labour ,tools and tackles, work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.

Plumbing work for toilet and water pipe line in boats with suitable size ISI marked PVC pipes and fittings ,Including all consumabled as specified by the department Including all labour ,tools and tackles.work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department

3 Laye roofr top water proofing work with FRP. Including all consumables as specified by the department.Including all labour ,tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.

Fitting suitable size sea chest Gate valve with suitable flanges ,nuts and bolts.Including all consumables as specified by the department .Including all labour tools and tackles.Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.
