Discharging, sieving and recharging of Catalyst and Honeycomb in all the four beds of catalytic converter in Sulphuric Acid Plant during ATA 2026 at FACT Cochin Division.

1. Making arrangement for catalyst discharging and sieving. Bag filters are to be procured by the contractor and fixed properly to collect dust during catalyst discharging and sieving. 2. Discharging,sieving and segregating catalyst and honey comb as per the direction of officer-in-charge 3. Bagging catalyst,honey comb and generated dust/ unusable catalyst in separate polythene bags as per direction from plant. Mixture of catalyst and broken honey comb to be segregated manually/ by handpicking 4. Transporting the above and stocking seperately in the specified area (tractor, trailor shall be provided by the company) 5. Thorough cleaning of catalyst support grids, partition plate and inlet/ outlet boots and nozzles of each bed. 6. Recharging the required quantity of catalyst and honeycomb with fresh makeup and levelling the same in each bed. (crane facility shall be provided by the company). 7. Clearing the site after the work to the satisfaction of officer-in-charge. 8. All works should be under the supervision of a well experienced dedicated full time supervisor.
