Contract Details

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 10 kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminious carpet with 0.41 Cum of stone chipping (0.28 cum of 12.5mm size ans 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 kg of binder paving bitumin (VG-10) rolled and compacted with vibartory roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying Premixed sand seal coat using 0.06 Cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.80 Kg bitumin (VG-10) per 10Sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform and smooth surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing premix bituminious macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber in any thickness using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines,dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour and laying of glass prismatic beads confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
