SH:-I SITC OF LIFT AFTER DISMENTAL OF OLD LIST Design ,fabrication and SITC of stainless steel microprocessor based lift of minimum 08(544 kg) passengers in the existing well of old ATC tower with 04 stops (G+3, travell height 12 mtrs approx)) having intigrated automatic rescue device, variable Voltage and Variable Frequency type (V3F) control with suitable speed, microprocessor based full collective control, operating panel with luminous botton, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom system, infra-red rays sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator with braille botton in car and at all floors with Up/Down direction, light fixtures, ventilation fans etc. complete with all accessories suitable for a travel from Ground +3 floor with travel height of approximately 12.0 Mtrs,in conformation to the Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .The elevator shall have 04 Stop and 04 Opening with the openings on the same side. The traction machine shall be of geared type and placed directly above hoist way .The elevator system shall have battery operated suitable automatic rescue device on the event of power failure. The elevator system shall generally conform to the latest revision of IS:4666, IS:3534, IS:1860, IS:2365 & Indian Electric Rules, Local lift rules and shall consider any other codes / standards, regulations laws, bylaws, guiding lift installation and constructional features and followed by necessary valid licence issued by the state lift inspectorate.
Dismantelling of old lift including all minor and major civil works, electrical works and any other works etc which is necessary for installation of new lift after replacing the existing old lift and as per special condition of contract and instruction of EIC.
