Part (I) NGR: Design, manufacturing, supply and commissioning of 3.3 KV KV, 10 Amps, Restricted Neutral Grounding system (NGR) registance 190 ohms consisting of Neutral grounding resistor, stainless steel non-magnetic punched grid type AISI 304 grade, Max temperature rise 375 deg C, Indoor Epoxy Resin cast neural current transformer, 11KV 50/5A, IOT and Solid state NGR monitoring fail safe relay, Fuse enclosure, HRC fuses, connectors, glands, control wires and bushing studs, Buzzer (electronic), floor mounted, powder coated control panel and resistance box with all accessories, Outdoor type, Safety Features:, 1. Resistance temperature sensor: trips the breaker if resistance temperature exceeds a set value 2. Temperature logs: hourly resistance temperature log for the last 24 hours. 3. Current Logs: Hourly Neutral current log for the last 24 hours.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.7 Core X 2.5 SQ MM

Part (II) 3.3 KV Overhead Line: Erection of pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with largesteel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket typeand complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply of G.I. wire 8 SWG ( Galvanized Iron Fencing Wire 115.00 - 17.54 = 97.46) Less 18% GST) Cradling 15 places X 50 Mtr X 6 WIRE X 131 Kg P/Kmtr X 1.05 =618.98

Erection of G.I. Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg permetre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductorscomplete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flatiron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulatorpins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.( for erection of OH line = 9 Nos + for cradling, bracket 30 Nos=39 Nos

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete (galvanised)with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate ofsize 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle( 20 mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundationincluding excavation and refilling and also with 0.6 m long braceof size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron with 50 mm dia pulleyfixed at one end of the brace as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame workfor 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four membersfabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height ,complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts andnuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm(7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KVover head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded onone side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the otherside for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes forinsulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing)and painting with primer and finish paint as required.
