BOQ ( Sch 'A') E/M WORKS Taking down carefully aluminium/copper wiring of any size (for light, fan, socket or power etc complete) ( fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendent holders regulators, tube lights etc to be measured and paid separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing point wiring for one light point/ fan/ bell (independent) point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.5Sqmm size, PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade, single core stranded (multistrand) copper conductor (FRLS) PVC cable drawn into & including medium grade PVC conduit (not less than 20mm outer dia ) with all fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry walls for fixing conduit and plastering and whitewash/colouring the external surface and matching the same with existing surface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fittings like switches, sockets & fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet covers fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed (Note:- wiring shall be done in colour coding as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & labour for taking down ceiling fans / wall mounted fans of any size / sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after painting the same with synthetic enamel paint by spray machine including filter after cleaning dust, taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleanig of stator and rotor incl etc. Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length and make the fan operational with a guarantee period of one year after installing the repair fan complete all as specified and directed.
