Temporary Class Rooms

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size). D.P.C. 40 mm thick

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, piers, abutments, pillaras, posts and struts.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20X12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 30mm thick shutter

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to openings/wooden frameswith rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 250 x 16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete 150 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc.complete 125 mm

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing and fixing MS bolts including nuts and washers complete as per standard design Upto 300mm length

Providing and laying flat brick flooring in cement mortar including cement slurry etc. complete. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Providing Corrugated GS Sheet roofing,walling etc including vertical / curved surface fixed with polym coated J or I hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer & two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to an pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whwerever required. 0.30 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sq.m

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain GS Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.30 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sq.m

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine Sand)

Neat Cement Punning

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing muli bamboo champakampa tarja ( 75 mm wide ) ceiling, strengthening with single split bamboo battens ( both side ) at 300 mm centre to centre and tied with G.I. wire 1.0 mm complete (over required beams or fixed with a frame of suitable type, which will be paid separately) as per specification.
