Note :- 1) Bidder shall provide hard barricading as per given specification without any extra cost. Providing & erecting high temporary barricading at site made of min 40X40X6mm angle iron or 50X50X3mm hollow MS tube posts/ horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MM sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawings /directions of EIC which includes writing & painting, glow lamps, reflective signs as directed by EIC. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading as many times as required during the execution of the entire work. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on the completion of work. 2.) All safety & security regulations shall be followed strictly as per specifications & conditions of contract. 3.) The contractor shall provide sleeveless Jackets to the workers in required pattern, colour showing name of contractor with address and telephone number as approved by the Engineer in charge. All the workers must wear the same while on duty. 4.) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for regulating the work by providing sign boards for Diversion, Men at Work. Danger, Work in progress, Diversions/ Change of Directions etc. at his own cost during exectutuion of work as directed by the Department.

Earth work excavation in all soils other than soft and hard rock upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete for foundations, plinth beam etc.,

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

Lead charges upto 1KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for rock

a) for soil and fine materials

b) for rock, RR masoary , brick, tiling, RCC debris etc

Dismantling of shed along with passage (inclusive of dismantling of RCC structure, doors, windows, structural steel works , AC sheet dismantling works etc)

Debiit for buyback of structural steel including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note: the dismantled structural steel members will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.

Debit for buyback of Steel Reinforcement bars extracted from demolished RCC structural members like footings , columns ,beams , slabs, flooring etc. including loading, unloading, stacking and transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC

Debit for buyback of dismantled window/ exhaust opening frames in existing condition with window shutter board upto size of 6 Sqm made of MS/wooden/aluminium/glass etc including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note: the contractor can make site visit to access the condition of windows before quoting the rate. Dismantled window frame and shutter will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.

Debit for buyback of dismantled door frames in existing condition along with door shutter board upto size of 4 Sqm made of MS/wooden/aluminium/WPC/glass etc in existing condition including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note: the contractor can make site visit to access the condition of windows before quoting the rate. The dismantled door frame and shutter will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.
