Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhersives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance. @ 3.00m interval.
