M&L Mild steel TMT CRS bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1: 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulusion paint having VOC 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali and Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with Silicon Aditives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over aand including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1 : 2 : 4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate)louvres and jalies, 25 mm thick set in CM 1 : 4 including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4 (using 20mm aggregate) as in pier caps, columns, posts, pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.
