The canopy shall be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5mm.After fabrication of complete angle structure (as per drawing), the structure shall be painted twice by anti-corrosive metal primer and two coats of blue paint.The job also includesProviding and Fixing of CGI sheets, high rib, (28 gauge) 900x1800 mm of blue/green shade to be fixed on the roof top of the angle iron structure. The job includes providing and fitting of J Hooks,washers,nuts etc. required for providing of CGI Sheets.

Repairs to the 350 mm dia. foot valve by way of dismantling the whole suction pipes of the pumping unit, after dismantling the parts of the foot valve providing and fitting of new leather washer. The job also includes the providing and fitting of 1 kg fasteners like nuts, bolts along with washers for refitting of foot valve.

Repairs to 80 HP starter by way of Complete dismantling of the starter which includes replacement of all damaged/burnt out copper contact points both fixed and movable & removal of damaged tripping coil & setting right of the handle mechanism. Retapping /thimbling of the terminal connections.

Providing and fitting of new 3 Pole, 50HZ, 400AMP, MCCB with thermal magnetic release with a breaking capacity of 50 KA at 415V AC after removing the damaged one by suitable means. The job includes removing of the old damaged MCCB from the main control panel board by way of isolating the incoming lines and disconnecting all the incoming/outgoing connections. The job shall include cutting of the damaged portions of outgoing cables and then providing and fitting of required no. Of new Al. thimbles of required size reconnecting with incoming and outgoing connections and testing the MCCB`s on full load.
