TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR INCL STOOL(FD/MAP-II/07) DIMESION: The overall size of the the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION: The sides, top, back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF, bottom of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board 5 mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mm X 35 mm. A horizontal support of size 30mmX 20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members.The overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF. The top of the stool shall be of 12 mm thick plywood openable shown in drg.

Bin linen Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) Overall size shall be of 1000mm long, 380mm wide and 760mm high. Bottom rest shall be made of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board(one side) and shall be 900mm long and 280mm wide and 75mm hih joined together in long and short sides. Multipurpose bin linen shall be placed over it. The bin shall be 1000mm long, 380mm wide and 385mm high. Back side shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 685mm high. Sides shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 380mm wide and 685mm high. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 380mm wide. A vertical partition shall be provided at 400mm from inner face of left hand side which shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. A shelf shall be provided in the middle of left portion which shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board and shall remain uncovered. Two drawers and a cupboard shall be provided on the right hand side. of the bin. Bottom, sides, back and front of drawers shall be of 12mm thick pre-laminated partcle board. The partition between the drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board. Front shutter of cupboard shall be hinged with continuous piano type hing and shall be side hung. The shutter shall have eight vertical slots of 19mm width and 180mm high with gap of 19mm made in the center of the shutter. The shutter shall be provided with 100mm long mild steel powder coated handle and ball spring catch as shown on drawing. 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 543 mm long and 40mm wide shall be provided as base support in the front under the drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers shall be of 20mmx20mm in section and fixed to drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers shall be of 20mmx20mm in section and fixed to drawers on the outer sides in such a way that it rns smoothly over the beares fixed on the the sides of the partitions of the bin. A handle shall be fixed in the center of the each drawer with 100mm long powder coated mild steel. All front edges of pre-laminated particle bd shall be fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The shutter shall have 4mm thick teak wood edging all round its edges. All exposed surfaces of teak wood shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. ON right hand side top of bin an abestos sheet plain shall be provided which shall be 6mm thick and 230mm.

CHAIR EASY (FD-229) DIMENSION: Oveall size shall be 510 mm long, 575 mm wide and 720mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmX 55mm in section and 355 mm high up to seat level. Rear lgs shall be of 30mmX55mm in section and 30mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mm X 55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawings. Front back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear. Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mm X 55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmX100mm in section of 60mmX1000mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmX100mm in section joined toghether by vertical side rails of 30mmX25mm in section teak wood to form the frame. Canning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6 gm in ten running meters. Canning shall be done in godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmX25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH: all wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

CHAIR FOR TABLE CARD (FD-353) Oveall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teal (MP). Front legs shall be of 30mmX55mm in section form bottom to top of legs and 460mm high up to seat level. Rear two legs shall be of 30mmX55mm in section form bottom to top of legs and top rounded as shown on drawings.The legs at seat level shall be joined together with 30mmX65mm in section front, sided and rear rails made to shape as shown on drawing.The rails shall insert in the groove of legs by 15mm. Two sides stiffeners 25mmX20mm in secion shall be provided at 100mm high from bottom of legs joining front and rear legs in the sides.One siffener of 25mmX20mm section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners joining short stiffeners. Two horizontal back rests 45mmX15mm in section. ONe at 25mm from top of legs and other at 45 mm from bottom of the top horizontal rails shall be provided out of 45mmX35mm wood made slightly in curvedshape . Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick of shah or premier brand cane weighing not less than 6gms per ten running metre.The weaving shall be done GOdrej pattern.Hard rubber/PVC rings 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polsihed with high gloss finish.

CHAIR DINING OFFICERS (FD/MAP-II/04) Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg..75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam(Kurlon/sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm..Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30x45mm.All sizes shall be taken as stated in specification, irrespective of what is shown on drg. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade.Rest all as per drg.

CHAIR WOODEN BOTTOM (FD-285) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 445mm long,440mm wide and 835mm high DESCRIPTION:-.Timber shall be seasoned teak wood Ist Quality.Front legs shall be of size 30mmx55mm in section and 435mm highand rear legs shall be of section30x55mm and 815mm high.The legs shall be joined by front ,sides, rear rails made to shape out of 30mmx65mm in section.Two side stiffeners in short rails shall be provided of 20mmx25mm in section.One stiffener of 20mmx25mm shall also be provided at centre of both sise stiffeners joining the sides stiffenres.12MM thick decorative plywood with perforated holes 5MM dia at centre in a radius of 5 inch shall be fixed over the frame of the chair irrespective of what is shown on drg. . All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. FINISH:-All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces

TABLE WRITING (FD-275). DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

RACK FOR RIFLE FOR 20 RIFLE (CEAA/TD/33) DIMENSION :-Overall size shall be 1500mm X 710mm X 12000mm. DESCRIPTION: The rifle rack for 20 rifle shall be made out of hard wood sheesham all over.The two side pillars or uprights shall be of size 100X100X1200mm. The base shall be 100mmX75mmXand 280mm long. The bottom rifle boardings shall be of 40mm thick and 305mm wide made of sheesham wood fixed to base with screws with 20 notch to suit the butt of rifle. The size of each notch shall not be less than 55mmX140mm. The upper rifle boardings shall be of 40mm thick and 110mm wide made of sheesham wood fixed to upright post 15mm deep. The upper boardings shall be provided with bracket out of 90X90X75mm fixed. The size of each notch shall not be less than 55mm X 140mm and 25mmX 3mm flat iron stays fixed with 10mm dia bolts, nut and washers shall be provided to each upright. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high lacquer finish and steel portion shall be painted in black two coats after applying one coat of primer.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD/E6/MAP/16) DIMENSION :-Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 100mm high. DESCRIPTION: (a) All wood to be used shall be 1st class hard teak wood. (b) It shall be made up of BWR plywood of grade A of specified thickness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board. (c) 1 mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine gradeadhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beadings shall be provided alround the edges of shutters and drawers. (d)Looking mirror shall be 5mm thick fixed inside the teak wood frame made out of 38mmX25mm section. (e)03X glass shelves of 5mm thickness shall be fixed inside the box with glass holders as shown in drg.Rest all specification and dimension are as per drg.
