Civil works

Supply and fixing of good quality glass wool of 50mm thick above the existing false ceiling with proper tie with the existing ceiling to address the sound leaks, etc, including removal and re-fixing of existing false ceiling sheets if any etc., complete as per the standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 2 layers of 15 mm thick plywood and 50 mm thick good quality glass wool which is to be kept in between 2 layers of plywood at the existing window opening, including supply and fixing of top cloth for inside to match the existing wall panel cloth in design and color and above the existing wall panelling, and two coats of enamel paint for outside including removal and re fixing of existing wall panelling works if required, and including necessary nails, screws & adhesives, etc., complete as per the standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 15mm thick plywood over the steel frame using screws/bolts and finishing with 1mm thick mic sheet for one side of approved colour in the plywood using adhesives and edge beading, etc., as per the site condition, etc., complete as per the standard specifications. The existing wall paneling should not be disturbed.

Supply and fixing of steel works (Sq. hollow section/ flat/angles etc) using welding joint and erection in the floor, including civil works like digging pits, concreting and finishing, etc., complete as per the standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of rubber beading for the existing wooden doors of size 0.9m x 2.10m to address the sound leaks including necessary adhesives etc., complete as per the standard specifications.

A/C works

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity (BEE 3 star rated), inverter type, wall/plywood mounting split AC unit (2025/2026 model only) complete with indoor unit, Outdoor unit with copper condenser and remote controller with necessary batteries suitable for eco-friendly and energy efficient refrigerant R-32 conforming to IS: 1391 along with gas filling and ready to use condition with 3mtr Copper piping with insulation and communication cable as supplied by OEM. Suitable for 230V/50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply. The installation includes necessary wall opening (core cutting), vacuumization, white tape wrapping, removal of the existing flexible duct and providing dummy etc as required for the testing and commissioning of the unit. Warranty: 1 year for the machine, 5 years for PCB/Controller & 10 years for Compressor (Voltas/Blue star/LG/Carrier / Panasonic/ Daikin make)

Supply and Installation of Additional Copper pipes with nitrile rubber sleeve insulation of 6mm between IDUs and ODUs for the 1.5 Ton A/C and white tape wrapping, including supply and fixing of 100x50mm uPVC trunking with all accessories and consumables.
