Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Country bricks of size 8"3/4 x 41/4" X2 3/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. Including scaffolding curing cost of reinforcement etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel angle etc. complete complying with the standard specification for all RCC works

Supplying and fabrication of steel for RCC works including cost and conveyance to site and all labours charges etc., complete

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all all labour charges etc., complete

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Brick jelly concrete using 20mm thick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Finishning the top of roof with one course of machine presed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab in proportion of 32:12.5 and finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2cm including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with pre polished concrete anti skid tiles of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in CM 1:3 20mm thick and pointed including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of new plastered surface with exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete
