Supply and fix in repair 'V' belt ribbed of (a) radiator fan belt, (b) battery charging dynomo belt, and (c) water pump belt all suitable for DG set all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable turbo charger from DG set of capcity 100 KVA complete and supply and fix new turbo charger as per manufacturer's recommendataion all as specified and directed.

Dismantling self starter of DG set for repairing the starter by replacing carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, solenoid coil, replacement of burnt aremeture, rewinding of Fd coils, replace of pinion gears etc, completer servicing and refixing after repair, testing/commissioning complete for DG Set any capacity complete all as directed (Note : Replacement of solenoid coil, armeture coil, and pinion gear Shall be deemed in unit rate)

M&L for draining out coolent water from radiator, dismantling radiator, repair of radiator for leakage if any, cleaning the radiator set with dilute HCL, kerosin, fresh water and refixing the same with new rubber hose with clamps filling with coolent with distilled water and checking for its proper function on DG set all as directed and specified. Note : Coolent and distilled water shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items.

Dismantling Unserviceable mico starter 12 VDC and supply and fix new MICO STARTER 12VDC 2.7KW suitable for 20 deg. With aluminium flange as per manufacturer recommendtaion for smooth functioning all as specified and directed

Dismantling Unserviceable DSRL (Digital Simplified Regulator) from DG set engine and supply and fix new DSLR as per manufacturer recommendtaion for smooth functioning all as specified and directed

Dismantling Unserviceable Controller unit (KG645) from DG set engine and supply and fix new Controller unit as per manufacturer recommendtaion for smooth functioning all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair battery leads set appx 1.25 Mtr long, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 70 sqmm single core, duly fixed brass clamps, copper lugs for connections from DG battery to self starter on various DG Sets of any capacity installed complete all as directed.

M&L for Servicing of control panel of DG sets, cleaning and adjusting the time setting, cleaning the contact, setting the relays, servicing the MCCBs, meters etc and making for smooth functioning of the panel all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber hose pipe set (Hose oil/Hose radiator/CR Hose/Makeup Hose) suitable for DG sets of capacity ranging from 40 KVA to 125 KVA all as per existing sample with GI clamps and Nut bolt, washers for DG set complete all as directed.

Supply only fuel connection heavy duty rubber hose pipe nylone type having internal dia min 10mm, overall dia 15mm mm includining necessary clamps and end nipple/socket connections etc complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Set including radiator, fuel tank etc of the following capacities complete degreasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved fire proof metal paint including writing SM/MES Nos on DG set of capacity 62.5 and 125 KVA all as directed.

M&L for Installation information display boards of size minimum 1.2 mtr x 1.5 mtr, 8mm thick hard board PVC or Flex Sheet in white background and letter writing with RED/BLUE fluoroscent colours as directed with minimum font size 25mm showing details of Plant/Installation in tabular form like (a) Description of plant (b) Capacity/Rating (c) Year of manufacturing (d) Manufacturer Name (e) Manufacturers Ser No (f) Date of Installation (g) Initial Cost (h) MES/SM No (j) PRB No & Page No etc duly completed in frame work and provision for fixing board on wall complete all as directed.

FOR SAA :- BOQ ITEM NO 26 TO 81 Taking down Old Earthing Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer of capacity 100-150 KVA from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to the contractor's workshop, carry out the required repairs and transport the transformer back to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size lugs, taping the LT / HT bushes / bus bars, using LT / HT insulation tape and testing complete of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- (a) Shifting and fixing transformer from own arrangent temporarily from MES Area to that area ( Back up Transformer will be provided by MES) (b) The cost of transportation of 2 transformers between Existing location and the Workshop is deemed to be included in the unit price. Supply, fixing / stringing Aluminium conductor steel rainforced of any type and size on existing steel tubular / PCC poles including winding, jumpering with alkathine pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for restringing/tilting, clamping, bending, jumpering etc to remove excess sag of loose ACSR overhead line using essential T&P such as manila rope, puller and teipod etc upto permissible sag between two poles continuously upto termination point including trimming/cutting to small tree branches girth not exc 30cm upto minimum 2 Mtr clearance, tightening to stay stand in proper angle complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- 1. Three runs of ACSR shall be measured as one unit. 2. Span Between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one unit. 3. The cost of use of required tools and safety equipments is deemed to be included in this unit price.
