Manning & Operation of 132kV MRS at NAOB Rambilli by providing the manpowers for each shift at round the clock are as under. (a) Electrical Engineer -01 No (detailed for General Shift) (b) Electrician (Skilled) - 01No (detailed for three Shift) (c) Helper (Semi-skilled) - 01 No (detailed for three Shift) The undermentioned plants/machinery to undertaken for supervision and maintaining the parameters. (a) 132kV Switchyard (b) 132kV Gas Insulated System (c) 10/16kVA Power Transformers - 02 Nos (d) SCADA system (e) Incoming/Outgoing HT switchgears (f) Stn Transforemer 500kVA - 01 No (g) Control and relay panels (h) Capacitor bank and APFC Panel Visual Cheking (a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of eqpts to be informed to Engineer/JE E/M otherwise EIC. Monitoring of Eqpts (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on. (b) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices.

(c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (d) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (e) 02 set of dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be recovery of Rs 2000/- per person prior approval of Engr-in-Charge). (f) One basic mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for commnication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by thetechnician given by the concerned JE/EIC. (h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints. Note :- 1. Electrical/Engineer employed should have a valid Electrical license from state agency of 33 kv or above. 2. (a) Inlet and outlet pumpsets for suction (raw water) and delivery (clear water) (b) Agitator tank (c) Chemical dosing pumps (d) Lamina clarifier (e) Clarified water tank (f) Multi grade filter (g) Active carbon filter (h) Control panel and SCADA Panel (i) Any other item part of the water treatment plant. Manning and operation of E/M 11kv Sub station near MPC complex attending day to day electrical complaints given by the JE E/M for bldgs/watch towers/street light and perimeter lights for eight hours shift Note:- Nos of Person required - 02 persons 3 shift per day Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 Elect & 1 x Helper IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 Elect & 1 x Helper IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 Elect & 1 x Helper

Manning and operation of water supply pumps, DG Sets (160 kVA- 02Nos & 10 kVA- 01No) and RO Plant (600 LPH & 1000 LPH) at Rambilli premises by one FGM & one Helper including minor repair work to be carried out in pump house, RO Plant and DG sets by technician for eight hours shift (Pumping of raw water and treated water supply to be feed as per scheduled timing, DG Sets to operate during the main power supply building and technician to be maintained Reverse Osmosis based Desalisation plant, make- ROCHEM Separation systems and trouble free operation of the plant with correct quality of portable water discharge as per standred norms) Note:- No of Person required - 02 persons (01 FGM + 01 Helper) 3 shift per day Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper

Comprehensive Maint of RO plant, any capacity checking the function complete, descalling the membarines, active carbon filter, mechanical filters, replacing of O-Ring, seals, gland packing complete ensuring for the proper outlet quality of potable water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Technician should be checking the RO Plant every 15 days (twice in a month) and serviceability report to be submitted Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of spares will be paid and measured separately.

Supply and fixing of spares and taking out unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Replacement of any other spares other than the listed below (major/minor) if required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. The list given below is not exhaustive and contractor has to ascertain the actual requirement of spares/ consumable as a contained by the sawcabing report as per item No 5 while quoting his rate. However contractor shall not have any further claim in this regard at a later stage.

Repair to HP, three plunger reciprocating pump, 300/45 of 1000 LPH RO plant by replacing ceramic coating plunger,piston oil seal, oil gasket, gland ring, gland rope 6 mm dia, stuffing box gasket, valve spring, o ring, header block stud, nut & washers, lub oil and gland spring etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Contractor to be provide Water Analysis of bore well/shallowl water as per IS: 10500 : 2012, Certified from Govt approved Lab . Parameters given are as under below :
